From the first sketch to the final scroll, we built a visual identity that balances Swiss minimalism with startup energy. We designed a bold new logo and branding system that stands out in a traditionally conservative industry. The identity is clean but punchy—reflecting Grit Co’s sharp, focused way of working.
We brought this identity to life through a crisp, modern website that supports their AI-powered recruitment platform. The layout is built to highlight what makes The Grit Co different, while delivering a seamless experience for startups and scaleups looking to grow.
To complete the system, we crafted collateral that carries the brand into the real world—from custom tapes and stickers to branded apparel and bold billboards. Every detail was designed to express clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.
