We began with a complete rebrand, creating a new logo, visual identity, and website that better reflected Pannon Turfgrass’s scale, professionalism, and industry leadership. The refreshed identity was designed to feel confident and modern while remaining grounded in agriculture and precision. The new brand system extends across print and digital, including clear, informative brochures and sales materials.
Beyond branding, we designed and developed a custom ERP system tailored to Pannon Turfgrass’s operational needs. Built from the ground up, the system streamlined order management, logistics, and production planning. To support on site workflows, we also created a dedicated iPhone app that provides real time order data, enabling teams to coordinate sod cutting, loading, and delivery with greater efficiency.
This transformation went beyond visual updates. By connecting brand, website, and internal systems, we helped modernize how the company works internally and communicates externally.
