A new advisory brand, brought together through identity, digital design, and original photography.

We helped Sandra Ozola launch her new advisory venture after leaving KKR, creating the OZOLA brand identity, designing and building her website, and producing original portrait photography in Budapest.

Launching an independent business means introducing yourself in a new context. For Sandra, that meant carrying her experience into an advisory practice with a name, identity, and digital presence of its own.

Our collaboration brought these elements together, giving OZOLA a consistent introduction with Sandra at its centre.

A brand identity for Sandra’s next chapter

Sandra previously served as Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at KKR. Through OZOLA, she now advises investment and venture capital firms, family offices, and portfolio companies on organizational design, talent management, and culture.

We created the OZOLA brand identity to support this new chapter. It needed to feel suited to Sandra’s experience while introducing her independent venture on its own terms.

Developing the identity alongside the website allowed us to consider how the brand would work in context: around her services, alongside her professional background, and with the photography that would become a central part of the site.

A clean, focused website for an advisory business

For OZOLA, a simple and restrained website was the right fit. Prospective clients need to understand Sandra’s expertise, recognise where she can help, and find a clear way to start a conversation.

The site addresses those priorities through a focused introduction to her clients, services, and experience. The design gives the content space and keeps Sandra visible throughout.

That simplicity is an intentional part of the result. The website has a clear purpose, and its visual direction supports the information visitors need to decide whether to get in touch.

From a Budapest photoshoot to the website

Sandra travelled to Budapest for a photoshoot with us, and the resulting portraits became an integral part of the website.

For an advisory practice built around one person’s expertise and relationships, photography has a clear role: introducing the person prospective clients may work with. Sandra’s portraits bring that personal presence into the site alongside the details of her practice.

Creating original photography within the wider project also allowed us to consider the images and website together. The portraits sit naturally within the design, giving the pages a consistent character and a direct connection to the person behind OZOLA.

Seeing the photography, identity, and website come together was a particularly satisfying part of the collaboration.

Our approach: developing the brand and website together

Our work with OZOLA connected three closely related parts of a business launch: its visual identity, its digital presence, and the imagery used to introduce it.

The brand identity established a visual direction. The website applied that direction to Sandra’s offering and experience. The photography brought her into the presentation in a personal and recognisable way.

Considering these elements together helped us make decisions in context. We could look at how the identity worked alongside a portrait, how the photography sat within a page, and how the overall design supported the content.

For OZOLA, this approach resulted in a focused website where the brand, words, and images feel connected.

Introducing OZOLA to the world

The finished project brings a new brand identity, a clean website, and original photography into one launch. Together, they give Sandra’s advisory venture a presence that feels clear, assured, and personal.
