Branding
for
startups
and
global
brands

We’re a branding agency that builds the complete system a brand runs on: positioning and strategy, naming, logo and visual identity, and the guidelines that keep it consistent long after launch.

Because the same team designs the website, the product and the motion, the identity we create is the one your customers actually meet, not a version reinterpreted by a second supplier.

One brand, every touchpoint

A brand has to work at every scale: as a favicon and on a billboard, in a pitch deck and on a product screen, for a startup finding its voice and for a global company tightening one. We design for all of it at once, so nothing is left to improvise later.

Every project is a fixed fee for an agreed scope, set out in the proposal before we start. A rebrand typically takes three to six weeks, run in sprints with a shared Slack channel and a feedback round at each stage. You leave with the strategy, the identity, the guidelines and every asset in the formats your team needs, and we stay on hand for whatever comes after launch.

What We Deliver with Branding

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Every strong brand starts with clarity. We define who you are, who you're for, and what makes you different, then shape the positioning and narrative that hold it all together. It's the strategic foundation every visual and verbal decision is built on, so your brand isn't just attractive, it's deliberate.

Logo Design & Visual Identity

A distinctive logo and a complete visual system: colour, typography, art direction, and the visual language that ties everything together. We design identities built to be recognised and remembered, and to work flawlessly at any size, on any medium, from a favicon to a building.

Naming & Messaging

The words that carry your brand are as important as the way it looks. We craft names, taglines, tone of voice, and the messaging framework that keeps you sounding consistent and confident everywhere, so your brand communicates as clearly as it's designed.

Guidelines & Brand Systems

A brand is only as strong as it is consistent. We deliver brand guidelines, scalable design systems, and the collateral and packaging that bring it to life, giving your team everything they need to apply the brand confidently long after launch.

Rebranding and Brand Refresh

Not every brand needs starting over. When the positioning still holds but the identity has drifted, we tighten what exists: redraw the mark, rebuild the system around it and roll it out so the change reads as growth, not a reset. When the strategy itself has moved on, we say so, and the project becomes a full rebrand. AISB’s third identity refresh is the pattern: same school, sharper system.

How
We
Approach
Branding

Good identities come from the right decisions in the right order. Strategy before sketches, one direction before polish, the system before the applications. The four steps below are that order, and each one gives you something concrete to react to before we move on.

Discovery
&
Strategy

We start with your people, not a mood board: stakeholder interviews, an audit of the current brand and the competitors it sits next to, and a clear view of who the brand needs to win over. You sign off a short positioning document and a creative brief before any design begins.

Design
&
Concept

Three or more directions, each with a mark, typography, colour and a visual language, presented on the things your brand will actually live on: a homepage, a deck, a product screen, packaging. You choose a direction with the full picture in front of you, not a logo on a white page.

Refinement
&
Iteration

The chosen direction is sharpened in sprints, with every round shared in a joint Slack channel and nothing waiting for a big reveal. Small decisions get made quickly, larger ones get a proper conversation. You see the system take shape week by week and know where it stands at any point.

Rollout
&
Handover

The identity becomes a complete system: guidelines, templates, every asset in every format, and the first applications, whether that is a website, a pitch deck or a motion package. Your team leaves able to use the brand without us, and we stay on hand for whatever you need after launch.

Who
we
work
with

Branding is not one job. A startup brand has to win investors and keep users, a school brand has to reassure parents, a luxury brand has to look worth its price before a word is read. The sectors below are where we work most often, not the whole list. The method is the same in healthcare, insurance or finance: know what each one asks of an identity, and what it does not.

1

AI
and
tech
startups

A startup brand has to raise, hire and launch at the same time, often before the product is finished. We build identities that look credible to investors on day one and still fit the company two funding rounds later. Nesa, Cogwear and Miso Labs started here.

2

Web3
and
blockchain

Protocols and crypto products have to explain something abstract and earn trust in a market that does not give it easily. We build identity, visual language and 3D systems that make complexity legible, for Nesa, Talus, IBC and WeChange among others.

3

Luxury
and
hospitality

Here the brand is the product. Restraint, material and typography that holds at the smallest size on a label, a tote or a room key. We work with fashion houses, hotels and premium hospitality operators such as AGNESTOTH, ACOE and Billionaires Row.

4

International
schools

A school brand speaks to parents, students, staff and alumni at once, and has to survive a campus full of applications: signage, uniforms, admissions, the yearbook. We have shaped identities for international schools in Budapest, Belgrade and Zagreb.

5

Industry
and
enterprise

Manufacturers, logistics groups and B2B companies whose brand has to work on a truck, a trade stand and an ordering portal. These are rebrands with a long rollout and a system the internal team can run, the way Pannon Turfgrass does today.

Testimonials

Their expertise, responsiveness, and patience made the process smooth and rewarding. Even after launch, they remained flexible. I highly recommend them for web and branding needs.
