How we work
Every project starts with a date and a conversation about what has to be true by then. From there the work runs in short sprints, so there is something to react to every week and nothing waits on a big reveal. Positioning, brand and website move in parallel rather than in sequence, and the people on the first call are the people doing the work.
Positioning first
Who you sell to, what you claim, how you sound. If your messaging is done, we design around it; if it isn't, a short strategy sprint comes before anyone opens Figma.
Brand
Concepts in the first sprint, decisions in days. Identity, type, colour and motion, built as a system your team will use in the product, the deck and social. Guidelines and every asset handed over.
Website
Starts while the brand is still in review, not after it. Design, build, CMS, launch, and if the date is tight, a temporary launch site first with the full site behind it.
After launch
The design system goes to your product team, and the same people are there for the deck, the launch film and the next round. Ongoing design on a retainer if you want it, nothing if you don't.
